What a week! And it was only four days! I don’t know if your children are tired but staff are definitely ready for a long weekend!
The children have really enjoyed playing in the yellow zone this week and the play has been exceptional… it is truly amazing to watch children use their imagination to design, make and create.
Brewster Park Sports was a fantastic event and I hope you were able to get a taste of this from the Facebook posts.
Our shared education visit to Holy Trinity was a lovely day out and the children enjoyed exploring new environments and making new friends. We are very fortunate to have such good relationships with staff at Holy Trinity NU and we are always keen to grow and learn from each other.
Then there was the arrival of our chicks and it’s hard to say whether the staff or the children were more excited but it has been just the most rewarding and memorable experience and we are so grateful to David’s mum, Rachel, for making it possible!
Next Friday is our pirates day and it brings our pirates topic to a close so it will be full on pirates adventures next week.
We will be making junk art boats so would be grateful for any butter/ margarine tubs ( or similar) that you may have.
