This week has been a busy and exciting one in school with some children making their first journey on a bus! This was, for most of the children, the most exciting part of our trip to Castlecoole. We loved climbing trees together, exploring and finding our voices on echo hill.
In school, we carved pumpkins big, little and middle sized and the children enjoyed playing with the messy inner parts when they had scooped all out. We had lots of Autumn art and we found some autumn tape which gave the children the opportunity to create and practice their cutting skills.
On Friday we had some fabulous sensory play organised by Mrs Fitzpatrick and the children loved getting involved.
They have had a busy 8 weeks with us and it has been lovely to watch them grow and learn together. They are exhausted as learning is hard work!!
