This week has been Healthy Heart week in school. We have been learning about the importance of eating healthy foods, exercising and getting lots of sleep.
Today was “Rock Red Friday”. We ate a healthy snack of fruit kebabs and did our exercises outdoors with Siona, one of our parents. Thank you to everyone for your donation towards the “Children’s Heartbeat Trust.”
This week we practiced our safe walking to get ready to walk with the police after mid-term to achieve our certificate. Please talk to your child about wearing bright colours when out walking and staying a safe distance from the road.
We have been learning about balancing with our outdoor scales. We enjoyed the spring weather this week and got to have story time outside.
We are closed next week for mid-term, so we will see you all back on Mon 20th.
