We are working very hard on our nativity songs and are really good at retelling the Christmas story.
Our classroom is themed around Christmas with lots of small world play
On Wednesday we had a special delivery in school when our class tree arrived all wrapped up with a letter from Santa. He sent us on a bauble hunt around school and then we were able to decorate our classroom. We even managed to have a snowball fight!!
We are helping children to think about the importance of thinking about others this Christmas time and the children enjoyed making pieces of art to share with the residents at the County Care Home.
As we are filming our nativity this week we would appreciate your help going over the words of ‘away in a manger’ with your child.
