The children have enjoyed another action packed week at nursery. They have shown resilience and coped really well with further changes to the playground and have enjoyed having the extra space in the cordoned off area of the car park for zooming around on the bikes and scooters!
On Tuesday the children walked to the model for outdoor play and on Wednesday they had a really fun visit to Toddler Sense.
In class we have begun our new topics of Spring, new life and nature. Mrs Pattison brought in some frogspawn on Monday which has really piqued their curiosity. We have been learning about the lifecycle of a frog as well as some new songs and reading books about frogs too. This all fitted well during our Eco week when we have been looking at the environment and what we can do to look after our world.
Next Thursday we are having a dance company called ‘Urban Motion’ come into school to do a couple of sessions with the children between now and Easter.
?? Next Friday 15th March we are having a green day to Celebrate St Patrick’s Day, so please dress your child in something green for what should be a fun day! ??
